– Warm yourself up by walking before skiing, by bending and turning from right to left your knees, 10 times, putting your hands on them, by turning 10 fois your arms (like a mill) and putting your ski sticks behind your head, your hands to the extremities and do rotations from right to left of your body 10 times.

– Drink water before and after skiing, to rehydrate your body !  Don’t forget that transpiration, alcohol and coffe dehydrate your body! A good coffee is always served with a fresh glass of water !

– Stretch yourself delicately after skiing, without pain, but maintaining stretch position for at least 1 minute without moving. Position must be comfortable and painless.
